Collective bargaining agreements

A collective bargaining agreement is an agreement between the Finnish Seamen’s Union and the employer’s confederation or an individual employer concerning the terms and conditions which are complied with in employment contracts in the sector in question. The collective bargaining agreement defines e.g. the minimum limits of the wages/salaries, working hours, overtime remuneration, holidays etc.
